Searching in Line Item Lists

When working with line items lists in some Proliance documents, you can use search functionality to help you narrow your view to a subset of line items. Searching allows you reduce a list to only those line items that fit a certain criteria, regardless of the page on which they appear.

Search results include only those columns that are currently visible. Hidden columns are not included in a search.

To search in a line item list

  1. In the search box at the top right of the list, enter the criteria to use for your search.
  2. Tip:

    Press ALT + 4 to move your cursor directly to the search box.

  3. Click Find or press ENTER.
  4. The background of the table header turns orange to indicate that the search results are being displayed.

Reset your search

You can cancel your search and return to viewing the complete list of line items by clicking the Reset button.
